Descrierea jobului

He will participate to the development of new lines of production by taking in account the product and quality engineers and team leaders requests. He will support the production lines. He will also be in charge with the maintenance engineering work and PLC.

1 Development of line of production
He will have:
- to participate to the making of the lines specifications in accordance with the Autoliv manufacturing process specifications and the Autoliv standard spareparts list
- to participate to the writing of the PFMEA
- to follow the supplier work
- to respect the time schedule defined by the project team
- to participate to the line validation before the start in production

2 Support of production
He will have:
- to write down the line documentation.
- to follow the production indicators (ppm, efficiency)
- to participate to the continuous improvement on the line
- to contribute to the respect of the product, quality and safety regulations.

3. Support of the maintenance departament.
