Industrial Engineer

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering Field,
• Working knowledge of  2D/3D design software ( Autocad,Solid Edge) represents an advantage,
• Knowledge of Project Management, ERP systems and layout definition,
• Knowledge of cycle time measurements( REFA) & continuous  improvements (Kaizen, Lean manufacturing) with an 2 years minimum experience,
• Advanced English knowledge is a must,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Good communication and social skills,
• Enjoying to stay close to the production area.

Job description:

Research new processes and technologies,
Introduction of new technologies and standards,
Transfer management for new tooling and equipment,
Responsible for one / various processes defined together with his / her direct superior,
Responsible for continuous improvement processes specially on cycle time management,
Responsible for solving technical problems concerning processes and equipment,
Implements / offers support in launching new products; registers changes and deviations,
Responsible for permanently updating the process documentation in his / her area of responsibility,
Cycle time measurements & improvements.
