Location Timisoara (Romania)

Your tasks:

• Create/update/optimize BOM according to customer/R&D/product requirements;
• Interfacing with/between R&D and production plant;
• Ensure implementation on established dead line of changes required by customer/R&D;
• Create/update production basic data (ultrasonic welding, vision camera control);
• Provide production customer drawing according to defined change level;
• Create overview  and analyze files to describe change packages impact;
• Continuous process improvement in any K&S location
• Create/update documentation for production operators;
• Calculate assembly times for production flow;
• Define modularized production concept;
• Create general & project-specific work instructions;
• Process flow optimizations related to work steps;
• Ensure the capacity calculations availability (workers, equipment , boards );
• Production lines balancing
• Keep the direct dialog with Development regarding PR Number, harness configurations, customer module structure optimization

 Your strengths:

• University Degree (Mechanical/ Electrical / Electromechanical);
• Proficiency in English language (listening, speaking, writing);
• PC Knowledge (MS Office with main focus on advanced Excel);
• Availability for business trips to the Kromberg & Schubert production locations (Europe, Africa, South America & Asia).
