We are looking for a Industrialization Engineer to support our Engineering department. Your goal is to ensures the industrialization of new projects in terms of costs, quality, process standardization in collaboration with other departments.

Responsabilities:

• Participates and elaborates the documentation for the new quotations;
• Develops specifications for new equipment;
• Select suppliers for new production equipment;
• Monitors the production of new equipment and conducts meetings with suppliers to review the concept and implement them;
• Defineste parametrii de lucru pentru statiile de asamblare;
• Elaborates the support documentation for the new projects (work instructions, parameter sheets, layout, etc.)
• Validates the new assembly processes together with the quality department;
• Monitors assembly line performance after SOP and proposes continuous improvement actions to improve production line performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (automation / mechanical);
• You have at least 3 years experience in manual and / or semi-automatic or automatic processes
• Good knowledge about pneumatics, automation principles, production costs·       
• Technical drawing - medium level;
• English - medium level.
