Join our team of Security, Protection & Resilience professionals who collaborate with clients, regulators, authorities, partners, and  committees to ensure the brand is protected. You will be working on communication and promoting security, protection & resilience around Allianz businesses.

In Global Security, Protection & Operational Resilience (SPOR) at Allianz Services we cover the core domains Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Protective Security Management, Global Incident Management, Crisis Management. On top of this we oversee the other safeguarding functions, such as Outsourcing, Information Security, Privacy and Data Protection, Information & Document Management and Occupational Health & Safety.

Information Security, Protection & Resilience is the core team and decentralized driver for information security within AZ Technology. The department is charged with building a strong information security organization and establishing global security solutions and protection measures. It also monitors the effectiveness of security measures and manages their implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members and clients to support a global communication concept
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve communications issues
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create communication reports
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of communication
• Post messages, updates and statements on social media channels
• Develop, review, and/or update of business writings such as breaking news, blogs, newsletters, keynotes and monthly, quarterly or annual reports
• Prepare and perform meetings such as town hall, EEC Management Meetings
• Develop and coordinate communication plans for new publications, reviews, and updates
• Support the SPR team in aligning and maintaining consistency of communications requirements defined in communication plans
• Provide technical writing and editing support to ensure communication is consistent with corporate stylebook, professional, and simple and clear to all intended stakeholders.
• Ensure all communications produced by SPR are accurate, complete, concise, and professionally presented

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as research tools
• Able to present to large teams, and communicate effectively
• Someone possibly from an Information Security / Communication / Marketing background
• Basic understanding and knowledge of security standards - including and not limited – ISO/IEC, Cobit, ISF, ISO/IEC, PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC 29100

Skills

• First experience with communication concepts and/or plans
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in second language
