Injection process engineer / responsible

Requires:

• Good knowledge of molding process, tools and equipment;
• Relevant experience in plastic molding industry (setter, shift leader);
• Knowledge of MS Office Pack;
• Knowledge of english or italian
• Organized person, with good abilities in communication and team spirit
• Previous experience in working with people (shift leader, team leader), is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Establish proper molding conditions, ensure proper tolerances are set, create and maintain all associated documents
• Supervise production employees, ensure quality production of parts and daily schedules are met
• Work with Tooling and Maintenance to schedule repairs and maintain equipment / tools
• Work with limited supervision and maintain an atmosphere of cooperation among and between shifts, mold repair shop, quality control, management, maintenance and engineering to facilitate departmental goals
• Train molding support
• Support trials for continuous improvement and manage process/tooling documentation
• Recommend measures to improve production efficiencies, equipment optimization, scrap minimization, and quality improvements.
