Inside Sales - Hungarian & Romanian

The goal of our Sales Representative (Inside Sales and After Sales) is to plan as many sales meetings with restaurant owners and your Field Sales colleagues as well as to keep the restaurants we already work with on the platform.

As the first Hungarian-speaking team-member, you have the chance to be part of the challenge to conquer the Hungarian speaking market in Romania!

Here a summary of your main responsibilities:

• Speak to restaurant partners on the phone, keep them satisfied and therefore increase the retention as well as the decrease cancellation rate

• Deal with owner changes - organize and execute all owner changes, so that the restaurants can go online again as quickly as possible

• Reach out to potential new restaurant partners via telephone to warm them up towards the idea of working with us

• Plan meetings with your colleague in the Field Sales team to meet the restaurant owner and close the deal

• Reporting of sales performance and communication via our CRM system

• Support in occasional projects within or outside the assigned region

• Monitoring of and feedback on competition’s activity

Your Profile

• Relevant education & work experience, preferably in sales or customer service

• Affinity with the restaurant business or with is a plus

• Fluent in Romanian and Hungarian, communicational level of English

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Positive attitude and persistence, able to solve issues or complaints whilst providing the best service

• Pleasure in building excellent relationships whereby patience and understanding are key

• Commercial mind-set
