We are looking for:
Insights Analyst
What You Will Be Accountable For:
- Responsible for market research intelligence to support business with relevant insights and analysis.
- In charge for marketing research including planning, development, organization, analysis, interpretation and application of research data related to consumer, shopper and market analytics.
- Actively supporting Insights and Innovation Manager in developing and executing the marketing research plan for the company.
- Coordinating COEX monthly reporting, budgeting and procedures to Finance and Procurement, to the local, as well as to the group team.
You will contribute to the business growth through:
- Market data analysis and its interpretation as an input to strategic and operational planning.
- Active participation (planning, organization and analysis) in continuous commercial market research projects and ad-hoc commercial market research projects.
- Build exceptional cooperation with research agencies and different departments within company.
- Analysis and accuracy checking of the RMS Data (Retail Measurement System) provided by Nielsen
- Day-to-day activities within assigned insight plans and budget tracking
- Responsible for COEX yearly, monthly budgeting, coordinating and reporting to Finance
- Coordinating COEX ZBB budget
- Responsible for procedures from COEX to Procurement (Purchase orders, IPs, etc.
- SAP procedures for COEX
- Participating in monthly and yearly reporting to the group level
- Communicating with IT sector as well as administrative support for Marketing department
- Day-to-day activities within assigned insight plans and budget tracking
- Adaptation and implementation of new methods of marketing research
If you have the following skills & experience, we want to hear from you!
- University Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years’ experience in corresponding activities
- Proven ability to drive multiple, complex and highly strategic programs simultaneously
- Curios and eager to learn new things and apply new processes
- Strong communication skills necessary for the exchange of complex information with a sensitivity and awareness of the audience to modify beliefs/opinions.
- Strong analytical skills needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations
