Installation Specialist

a. STUDIES AND TRAININGS

• University degree ideally in technical branch (additional education and trainings within the cooling systems is an advantage)

b. EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Ability to coordinate team of subcontractors during the installation as well as the junior engineers

• English on a communicative level

• Driving licence, type B

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acceptance of project orders from the sales management or TK management personnel and clarification of outstanding questions
• Construction site setup
• Material inspection and acceptance
• Responsible with supervision of work
• Technically responsible welding
• Installation supervision and observance of technological-safety regulations
• Cooperation in all the installation areas – as required
• Collection of all changes requested by the customer, claims and complaints in the course of the project, informing the sales management and the customer about planned and accomplished problem solutions
• Ordering additionally required materials – in the timely manner – through a sales management person
• Start up of the installations
• Documenting extra or deficient performances for commissiong
• Checking work records of internal as well as external personnel for accuracy and completeness
• Keeping the construction log
• Training and handing over the equipment to the customer and to the service department
• Preparation of the acceptance record and completion report
• Collection and documentation of returned material or organization of transport of this material
• Cost analysis of the installation within completed projects together with the TK management
• Submitting proposals to increase efficiency of the installation work
• Comply with EH&S/ACE policies, programs, rules a when performing a job
• Work closely with all colleagues, cover activities of colleagues from the same department during their absence and follow orders of the manager to ensure that the performance of the company will be maintained.
