Insurance Agent - administration (f/m)

Your Tasks:

• filling claims and proceed them further
• handling all the claims that are arriving according with CMR law and rules
• estabilishing all the documentation for filling the claims
• general booking and administration

Your Profil:

• Experience in the field of road transports
• Strong expierence with CMR Law and regulation is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge about transport claims and CMR insurance
• Proved tracked expierence at least two years into a transport company in which you handle insurance claims  or insurace company.
• Strong service and customer orientation,
• Willingness to learn and communication skills,
• Business thinking and acting,
• MS Office knowledge,
• Good knowledge of English or German is required
• other languages, including French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Greek, Turkish are an advantage
