JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design, simulation, and optimization of standard Cells circuits
• Layout standard Cells
• Characterization and modeling of standard Cells

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• CMOS circuit design, circuit simulation, design verification, modeling of Digital Libraries, understanding of digital circuits
• Knowledge of Cadence IC design tools would be a plus
• Programming in scripting languages (shell, Tcl, Perl Python, ...)  would be a plus
• Ability to learn new technical skill and work in a fast paced, results oriented team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
