We are currently looking for a team-oriented and proactive Internal Communication & Corporate Events Manager for Bucharest, within KMG Rompetrol.

Your new role: Defines the governance of Internal Communication process in order to develop a single communication and integration platform for all entities of the KMG International Group, having the general purpose of increasing the efficiency of the informational flow and level of participation of the employees.

 

Activities going to help you shine:

• Contributes to the elaboration of the internal communication strategy with the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the informational flow, business objectives and level of employee engagement;

• Contributes to the creation of the internal content strategy for online and offline channels;

• Develops the internal events calendar in line with business priorities and engagement strategy;

• Develops new programs that inform, educate and motivate the employees of the Group in close collaboration with Group Entities representatives; 

• Monitors and controls the implementation of Group's internal communication plan for an optimal course of all internal communications within the Group;

• Supervises all internal communication instruments: magazine, Intranet, Radio Vox Pem, emails, Yammer and other communication supports;

• Defines solutions to improve and optimize the communication process;

• Cooperates with Public Relations, Marketing and HR function to ensure consistency and coherence in the brand communication process;

• Coordinates, trains and evaluates Internal Communications team to achieve in excellent conditions department's objectives;

• Supervises execution of communications' budget for an efficient management.

 

The fuel needed to go further with us:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication/ PR/ journalism;

• At least 2 years of experience on a similar position in a multicultural organization;

• At least 7 years of experience in communication, social media segment;

• Digital Enthusiast;    

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;

• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities;

• Proven Event management skills; 

• Proficient command of English;

• Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset;

• Availability to travel 30% of the working time.
