Our requirements

Higher Legal Education
More than 5 years experience as a lawyer / legal advisor
Good knowledge of corporate legislation
Experience with sales / purchase / services contracts, real estate and leasing contracts
Good knowledge of civil and commercial law, tax law and administrative law and procedure
Good knowledge of EU Directives (Antitrust, GDPR, etc.)
Good knowledge of environmental law
Very good level of English (German language can be considered a plus)
Analytical thinking, problem solving and very good prioritization skills
Very good sense of business risk
Comprehensive IT knowledge (MS Office, etc.)

Your Responsibilities

Corporate: Foundation of companies, implementing changes to corporate charter, execution of capital increases
Contracts: Drafting in English and Romanian language and evaluating from the legal point of view real estate contracts, purchase contracts, leasing contracts, sales contracts, labor contracts
Taxes: Constant supervision and optimization of taxation aspects of the company Developing of recommendations for improvement of tax situation of company
Communication with tax authorities
Permits: constant supervision of permits and certificates of the company
Compliance: develop and implement procedure related compliance
Communication with relevant authorities regarding permits and certificates
Managing legal proceedings and disputes
Constant initiatives to improve legal protection of business and to reduce risks of company
Develop recommendations for improving current legal practices and procedures in company
Supervision of legal environment and advising management on emerging legal topics/aspects/risks
Prepare reports/memos on legal topics/aspect
