A key part of TMF’s Global Entity Management (GEM) services for multi-jurisdictional clients involves the process of ‘on boarding’ a new client and to coordinate the transfer responsibility to the TMF Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the on-boarding process and tools for Global Entity Management (GEM/ Corporate Secretarial) services;
- Ensure the central support teams and local offices adhere to the GEM on-boarding defined procedures;
- Establish and maintain relationships with multinational clients and TMF local delivery teams throughout the transition phase;
- Act as point of escalation for clients, Consultancy Solutions Implementations Team and local delivery teams on corporate secretarial matters;
- Support the coordination of the full range of client transition activities in line with agreed project plan;
- Coordinate and ensure TMF’s overall solution between clients, local offices and TMF development teams is implemented in accordance with project plan;
- Update client information tools, . CoSec on-boarding checklist and project plan;
- Contribute to status update meetings (usually conference calls), with client and internal stakeholders;
- Track and escalate and support the resolution of any transition project risks and issues as necessary.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial field, in an international company;
- Law graduate;
- Proved customer relationship skills ;
- Experience in working autonomously, as member of a remote team;
- Aware of cultural diversity and able to act accordingly in a multi-cultural environment;
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Project Management knowledge/ experience is a plus.
