INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (M/F/X)

With our 16-month International Management Trainee Program we offer you the opportunity to learn retail from scratch and take on responsible and exciting tasks at REWE International. During the program you will gain comprehensive insights into our company, build an international network, actively participate in our core business and work on demanding projects – nationally & internationally.

Your path through the program will be customised according to your profile and interest. After completing the Trainee Program, an exciting position in one of our central divisions awaits you – a job that matches your skills and preferences according to availability.

QUALIFICATIONS THAT WE WILL REWARD

• Academic degree preferably with focus on economics
• Practical or international experience – either through internships or studies abroad – are a further advantage, but we also address young professionals
• Enthusiastic and curious about the retail industry
• Ambitious team player with high personal commitment as well as strong communication, project management and analytical skills
• Fluent in local language (romanian), fluent in English
• Mobile to travel and openness to take international career opportunities including relocation

CHALLENGES THAT YOU WILL MEET

• During the first months you will discover our core business in one of our stores in your country of employment, enjoying extensive basic training to handle your first management responsibilities.
• You will partake an exciting project abroad for several months to get to know our international business in a foreign business unit.
• In another phase you will gain further insights via job rotation of a central division of your country of employment, taking an active role in different selected departments.
• Another exciting project on a comprehensive topic awaits you for several months in our Austrian or German headquarters.
