Ipsos Digital is the entity focused on automating the Ipsos products and offer a DIY platform. We are building a sales team in Romania that will focus on international sales, thus, we are looking for a high-performing International Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and crafting sales plans.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills required for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field;
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager;
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences;
- Experience managing and directing a sales team;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in advanced English;
- Strong analytical skills, good organizational skills, multitasking, negotiation skills.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls;
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation;
- Prepare reporting as needed;
- You will work on international business only and we expect you to do extensive traveling.
