Job description
The main responsibility of the job will be to help promote the company's products (WordPress themes and plugins) and come up with good ideas on how to attract more users. This will include working on our websites, running A/B testing campaigns, optimizing them for better search engine ranking, creating / managing PPC campaigns, running content marketing campaigns, discussing promos with potential partners, etc.
Requirements
- good undestanding of marketing and particularly internet marketing
- a growth hacker mindset - set out on trying lots of things and elaborating on those that work
- good SEO / SEM knowledge
- know stuff about the web (and like it)
- basic knowledge of web design/development (some HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- good english knowledge is a must
Nice to have
- web technology knowledge (it would be great if you created a website before)
- familiarity with the WordPress market
- some technical WordPress knowledge
