What you will do:

• Studies the internal procedures
• Based on the methodologies / procedures studied, participates in the delivery of technical assistance for endusers;
• Participates with colleagues in diagnosing and replacing defective hardware;
• Participates with colleagues in diagnosing and fixing minimal software problems;
• Based on the methodologies / procedures studied, participates in the assembly of new hardware systems;
• Assist the mentor and the colleagues in troubleshooting and managing assets;
• Follows the methods of the mentor and colleagues for incident management

What we search in you:

• Have a keen interest in IT and looking to build his/her career;
• Have basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft and networks;
• Have attention to details and good communication skills;
• Have a good command of English;
• Office suite, especially Excel;
• Computer Science, Automatics or  Informatics;
• Very good communication skills;
• Problem - solver.
