Internship - Production Team Leader

We are looking for students who want to start their career as a Production Team Leader!

Job description:

• Manages resources on a daily basis: people in the team, materials and production equipment;
• Is responsible to achieve production targets (Key Performance Indicators);
• Involved in the knowhow of operating the equipment’s related to the production process;
• Monitors and follows proper implementation of quality systems and procedures;
• Develops corrective actions to ensure product quality standards;

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

• Student in a technical faculty, as the position will be in the production area;
• Previous experience in coordinating a team is a plus;
• Good communication and leadership skills;
• Organization and planning skills;
• Positive attitude, proactive and open to learn new things;
• Good English skills;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office use;
