Interpreter - Translator - Traducator

The interpreter will help us film our YouTube videos. That is why ideally it would be great to have a first-hand experience working in video content, along with excellent spoken English language skills.

Most videos are typically filmed within the Argeș county and ideally you should live in, or near Mioveni or Pitești.

But, if your spoken English is really good, we are willing to pay for transport if you come from a decent distance, like Bucharest. Accommodation will also be given if it will be the case.

We don’t expect you to be academically qualified, but we are looking for someone with a passion for working as a translator. Our channel will promote Romania and make people discover its underrated beauties and the translator will help us do that.
You will be working with a very small but passionate team, and you should be comfortable in collaborative work.
The speeches will come under the shape of a dialogue.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small but highly creative and fun team with lots of unique travel and filming experiences.
It's a great chance for someone who is genuinely passionate about translation and/or interpreting and is looking to join an out of the ordinary business where you can use your creative flair and make a difference.

We will expect you to:

Be able to speak English almost to a native level
Be ready to visit sites in Arges county
Be able to translate from EN to RO and from RO to EN
Be confident - comfortable in front of a camera
Be able to adapt to the conversation
Collaborate with the video Executive Producer

It is also important to note this isn’t a typical 9-5 job, so flexibility is required, but every video we will do will be discussed beforehand so it will be easy to schedule keeping into account your own program
