Role description

In the role L2 IP Routing & Security, you will ensure day to day operational support and maintenance on:

• IP (Nokia 7750 SR, Nokia 7750 VSR, F5 LoadBalancer)  - CCNP or similar Level required
• Security (Nokia Netguard Products: NCM, NCNS, NVF, NVFM, NSS)

Responsibilities

•  Ticket handling ( from any minor issue to critical issues)
• Troubleshooting issues on the IP network (routing problems, packet drops, physical errors, traffic flows, IPSec) and on the Security solution (certificate enrollment, firewall flows, SS7 firewall flows, Radware DDOS solution attack analysis)
• Perform diagnostics on, F5 and Netguard elements and run tests against the impacted to identify the root cause of specific trouble
• Create MOP (Method of Procedure) and execute the MOPs
• Responsible with the implementation of the change requests in the network after the risk is found
• Handle customer complaint tickets, production and problem tickets and dispatch them according to needs
• Create, escalate assistance requests to vendor when required
• IP & Security Alarm Analysis and support fault management escalations
• Keep documentation updated
• On-Call duty

 Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technologies or equivalent

• Knowledge of ITT (infrastructure, technology & telecommunications) fundamentals

• Ability to document information

• Adaptability, Analytical skills, Customer focus

• Languages: German/English / French
