IPCO Project Manager

Main tasks:

• Preparation and execution of projects on Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VA/VE) considering customer requirements as well as technical, temporal, organizational and economic aspects 
• Technical leadership of the employees, especially reviewing of work results and supporting in the improvement of work processes
• Recording and monitoring of status and progress of the project and of corrective actions in case of deviations considering internal as well as external regulations (. customer as well a MAHLE requirements) 
• Analysis, documentation and evaluation of risks and opportunities related to VA/VE activities 
• Coordination and execution of VA/VE workshops as well as responsibility for the cross-functional know-how transfer 
• Moderation of the Steering Committee including
• Presentation of the project status and controlling the decision-making process

Main requirements:

• Degree in business administration and engineering or a similar technical degree with sound business expertise 
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive sector 
• Profound technical expertise as well as deep professional knowledge about guiding and managing a team 
• Experience in the technical leadership of a team 
• Analytical and independent way of thinking and acting 
• Very good conflict management skills and assertiveness 
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm
• Willingness to travel internationally
