IT &OSS Assistant Engineer

What you will be working on:

• Manage and resolve product technical issues; Be able to independently troubleshoot network problems of Minor level and troubleshoot network problems of Major level under the guidance of others. Ensure that network maintenance KPIs, such as problem handling duration, meet the SLA requirements, ensure customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with junior-level customers; be able to understand and provide customer requirements.
• As technical point of contact, . engineering team, customer, and partners.

All you have to bring with you is:

• Based in Bucharest Romania and willing to have business travels to overseas frequently (more than 80%)
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ or other related technical discipline or equivalent level gained by experience in IT domain.
• Effectively communicate with junior-level customers; be able to understand and provide customer requirements.
• Manage and resolve product technical issues; implement product technical solutions; develop service modules.
• Resolve technical problems for a product through accurate fault location and analysis methods.
• Basic problem solving and debugging skills, in-depth analysis and advanced technical knowledge.
• Effective interaction with customer contacts.
• Tactful and courteous in consulting with others.
• Basic English writing skills and fluent in English language.
