IT and Traceability Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Maintain IT traceability system and IT traceability infrastructure;
• Ensuring the IT traceability of manufacturing products in compliance with the internal norms;
• Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the IT traceability system;
• Support in implementation of IT traceability engineering changes in manufacturing;
• Provide recommendations for improving the current IT traceability system;
• Manages the IT equipment (hardware, additional equipment, software, etc) of the site in Production Area;
• Installs the hardware and software and set up computer equipment for all the users under his responsibility;
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, Zebra printer and software issues in Production Area;
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network related issues;
• Provides guidance and support to users on central applications.

Requirements:

• Adaptability within a global group framework;
• English language is a must;
• Basic Knowledge on Cisco Active network equipment (switch, router, wireless access points and controller);
• CCNA certification would be a plus;
• Horizontal structural cabling for industrial environment;
• Horizontal structural cabling for office environment;
• Ability to create accurate network diagram/IT traceability diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems;
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products using documentation;
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT;
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft System Center (SCCM ) - would be a plus;
• Basic Knowledge on Windows Client/Server and Windows Domain (AD, DNS, DHCP) - would be a plus;
• Basic Knowledge on Virtualization (VMWare) - would be a plus;
• Data base knowledge\skills  – IBM DB2  - would be a plus.
