IT Application Trainer

Position General Info

For EUROSPORT DHS, one of the biggest Romanian exporters, located in the heart of our country, we are looking for an IT Application Trainer that can take the challenges of application training support to the next level!

Profile

LD (license degree) or MD (master degree) in the technical field

a minimum of two/ three years' experience in IT help-desk field or similar, a Lean manufacturing mindset and real passion for intelligent & sustainable motion

Good English Language command - spoken, written and technical

Microsoft Office at least Medium level as per EU levels

Basic knowledge regarding Active Directory, Back-up applications, cloud computing, clustering, server & work stations operating systems, network, printing, etc.

Workshop and training activities design & delivery basics (aims, construction, debriefing, application & feedback)

Training delivery communication basic skills (audience adaptation, time & procedural resources, continuous feedback)

Interpersonal communication, group & team communication, public communication presentation and group feedback abilities

Responsibilities

Applies rapid needs analysis and diagnosis to all user & application support current needs

Creates the basic training design for various short training activities (objectives, contents, activities, procedural resources, continuous and final feedback)

Plans and delivers short application workshops or activities to all white-collar employees on commonly used internal applications (MS Office and Office, Teams, QlikView or other internally used applications)

Is support for the specialized IT team or supplier and can contribute to key users training for the internally used ERP Platform

Monitors and creates complete planning of IT training delivered in-house or outside the company

Is support in IT application training supplier selection

Offers help-desk support and IT communication support to internal departments when required

Participates in daily business activities of The IT Department, when required and can contribute to daily help-desk & support
