The ideal candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or other relevant quantitative field required;

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the BI areas;

Ability to understand business needs, translate them to technical requirements and deliver value-added solutions;

The ability to demonstrate self-sufficiency with accessing, processing and interpreting information;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical professionals;

Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills;

Ability to build strong own team and work in a collaborative environment;

Proven ability to lead, influence, communicate and interact with people of all levels within the BI team, across the organization and external partners as required;

Strong organization, time management and follow-up skills;

Experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field preferred;

Being familiar with SAP BI tools as SAP BW, SAP BO (Analysis for Office, Webi, IDT, Lumira), BEx will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for organization;

Perform analysis on organization processes and provide appropriate results;

Prepare architecture for data, prepare strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements;

Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements and perform appropriate tests on same;

Administer projects, prepare updates and implement all phases for project to achieve all project objectives;

Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement in project;

Supervise and ensure efficient working of employees in organization;

Perform assessment on all reporting requirements and develop long term strategy for various reporting solutions;

Maintain and transform all strategies in operational plans according to business priorities and within budget;

Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value added service;

Work with process development and resource teams and prepare appropriate schedule;

Monitor work of Business Intelligence team and ensure effective implementation of all Information Technology projects to achieve all client objectives;

Organize, coordinate, supervise, sustain and evaluate the own team activity;

Manage all data for data source models and prepare effective reports;

Communicate action plans, status and priorities to appropriate partners;

Document standard operating procedures and process flows for the organization to reference;

Provides day to day functional support, application administration & troubleshooting (L2) for the Operating Company, in the context of the overall Operational Support Organization in place, in liaison with the Centre of Excellence (L3) or external partners.
