IT Business Application Consultant (Contractor Role)

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

• Provide support for local ERP, CRM and SFA solutions, working closely with Finance and Sales departments
• Serves as primary liaison for the business community; responsible for conducting the initial assessment of the requirements of respective business functions
• Provides the necessary support to successfully complete the new business requirements analysis and solution evaluation
• Understand user requirements and implement changes to existing applications working closely with internal team and external IT service provider
• Prepare and deliver ad-hoc requirements
• Assist users where system changes are required
• Improving effectiveness in the organization by providing user documentation, support, presentations, and training

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

• University degree (preferably in Informatics / Cybernetics / Mathematics / Physics Technical)
• Experience in a Business Analyst role (+1 year)
• Strong English knowledge (speaking and writing)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (+2 years)
• Good knowledge of ETL or Reporting tools
• Knowledge of Desktop, Server and Mobile equipment
• Good business understanding
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving, planning and organizing abilities
• Strong analytical skills
• Project management skills
