IT Contracts/Licenses Project Manager

Job role

Individual contributor, reporting directly to Global IT Procurement Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Project management activities for contract/licenses transfer program;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, SMEs, program managers both on Allianz Technology as well as OEs side;
• Support team with data gathering activities, project plan deliverables tracking, transferability assessment, entitlements check, etc. for contracts and licenses assets;
• Drive creation of mitigation plans for defined contracts/licenses transfer risks;
• Future demand and decommissioning plans alignment to support creation of negotiation strategies and transfer scoping;
• Vendor communication and contracts & licenses transfer initiation;
• Establish a monitoring process and ensure sustainable progress within given timelines;
• Align and synchronize activities within different workstreams (. HR, Controlling/Finance, IT Transfer) cross checking interdependencies in overlapping areas;
• Prepare materials for transfer agreements, reports towards EMT, Steerco and other relevant transformation projects meetings;
• Support harmonization of procurement setup, roles & responsibilities, tools and processes globally for post transfer scope in Allianz Technology.

Requirements

• University Degree;
• Relevant experience in procurement preferably within IT procurement (3 to 5 years);
• Fluent English written and spoken. German would be a plus;
• Proven track record in managing (complex) global projects;
• International experience with particular emphasis on project management, licenses and contract management.
