IT Coordinator

What will you do:       

• Lead, coordinate and make decisions regarding the activity of the IT department in its area of responsibility;
• Monitor the new trends in the IT field and supervise the continuous improvement of the IT systems within Adient Craiova plant;
• Supervise the training program of the company's employees in the IT field;
• Prepare, submit for approval and effectively manage the budget allocated to the IT department;
• Ensure the implementation and observance of the client's requirements applicable to the position;
•   Perform analyze of relevant issues and identifies opportunities for cost reductions; 
• Assure BOS compliance; 
•  Provide the necessary information to other departments for the improvement of the final product/quality of services;  
• Analyze and report on daily / weekly / monthly / annually base the specific performance indicators; develop action plans for out-of-target indicators as per the company requirements; 
• Control and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of resources;
• Promote and implement measures for continuous improvement and cost reduction;  
• Responsible for the 1st line support for the facility in the event of an outage in the mainline systems (Good English command skills, capable to follow directions in a foreign language);  
• Administrate local IT infrastructure which includes the installation of all localized licensed software and hardware upgrades;
• Administrate IT standards, policies, procedures and guidelines, follow all procedures in place;  
• Interacting with users, clients from different branches.

What we require from you:

• University degree in Computer Science;
• Relevant working experience, represents an advantage;
• Team leadership skills;
• English – advanced level;
• Availability to work in shifts if necessary;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
