Your main tasks as IT Global Service Delivery Manager:
- Your main focus is on building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with the customers assigned to you as well as with the contact persons within the Concentrix organization.
- You are the central contact person for our customers for all IT relevant topics, be it new business, change, growth, projects or incidents
- You make sure that our customers are very satisfied with Concentrix IT
- Together with our customers, you will develop innovative solutions to increase added value and optimize satisfaction with Concentrix as a service provider
- You are the central link between the customer and the global Concentrix IT and are available as a central contact person in case of problems and create transparency
- You make sure that the agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met
The main skills we are looking for are:
- Successfully completed training in the IT field or studies with IT focus or comparable qualification is desirable
- You enjoy communicating with customers and are a solution provider
- You have already gained experience in the IT sector
- In German and English you show your strong communication skills and persuasive power
- Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with a strict attention to detail
- In MS Office and Internet research tools you move safely and gladly
- You work independently, set priorities and are eager to learn new things
- Team play, flexibility and enthusiasm are important to you
