Our team is expanding, and we are looking for new colleagues who excel at providing fantastic support for our customer in a user-friendly, professional manner. You will be on the front lines, interacting with our customer every day. We help customers with their technical issues on email and provide thoughtful, focused feedback to internal teams.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent customer experience through high quality communication and interactions
- Creatively assist customers. Use a variety of channels (email / chat / etc.) to respond to and resolve customer issues
- Identify and analyze issues, patterns and usability obstacles
- Provide product feedback to our product team
- Effectively articulate complex information to customers of all technical levels
- Maintain help desk information to reduce support inquiries
- Assist in provisioning of new customers being handed over from sales
