IT Local Support

We are expanding our IT team and want to bring you on our journey. If you are an ambitious, passionate and motivated IT Consultant join us in our office in Sibiu.

Skills:

• University Graduate (IT or related field).
• Experience in technical support, help desk activities is a plus
• Fluency in English (verbal, written) is a must
• Team spirit, proactive, energetic, supportive
• Ability to stick to strict deadlines
• Ability to prioritise and delegate
• Self-organized

If you are passionate about computers and you know how to handle different task related to hardware this could be an interesting opportunity for you.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
