IT Manager

We’re expanding our Cyberghost technical team! If you’re an IT Manager who wishes to be one of the key people within the projects that we work on, as well as grow along with the business which is rapidly expanding worldwide, then the HQ office has a seat with your name on it.

Primary Duties and Requirements:

• Has accountability for IT management working closely with peers around the world;
• Assess, plans, designs and implements IT models for all related processes (Network, Endpoint, IAM, Mail, etc.);
• Is in charge with day to day management of IT aspects of Cyberghost business units around the world;
  Works closely with group security functions in order to plan and implement relevant security measures;
• Manages and maintains DR and contingency planning for vital Technologies - business elements;
• Supports business functions and growth;
• Oversees and improves Cyberghost's information technology systems, services, and infrastructure.

Skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT field as IT Specialist / Manager;
• Has experience in working with offshore sites/branches in IT-related aspects;
• Has in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices, and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing and implementing technology solutions; Has the ability to plan and implement strategic IT projects (Cross business units / Geo locations);
• Has in-depth knowledge of Windows environments (Endpoint, servers etc.);
• Has knowledge and experience in managing a Hybrid landscape of endpoints and server (Mac, Windows and Linux);
• Has solid knowledge and experience in managing communication solutions (Network wise);
• Strong experience with cloud-based services such as Azure (Azure AD) and AWS;
• Has knowledge of MDM\EMM solutions, Directory Services, Identity management/federation (SSO) (represents an advantage);
• Has experience with deploying and managing security controls (Firewalls, endpoint protection, disk encryption,
• Mail security, Web security, DLP etc.) (represents and advantage).
