This post requires someone with dynamism and leadership qualities who will contribute effectively to the ongoing development and management of the Cambridge School of Bucharest in keeping with its aims, objectives and ethos. It requires a person of proven academic, managerial and administrative ability with well-developed interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to child-centered education is also required.
General duties and responsibilities
- To administrate and offer support for the following school management systems:
- The Engage student management system;
- The financial management system;
- The endpoint protection management system;
- Responsible of the data entry and assessments in the Engage management system
- To monitor and maintain connect the school's network infrastructure.
- To offer support and maintenance to the school’s computer labs.
- To monitor and maintain the servers and all other communications equipment in the server room.
- To offer daily user support for staff members.
- To ensure software correct installation the new school’s IT equipment.
- To manage and to offer user support for the Engage parent and teacher’s portal.
- To manage and maintain the daily staff members log-in/out system.
- To administrate and maintain the school’s CCTV cameras.
- To train teachers and staff members on new IT products and management systems.

- To promote the safe use of the IT equipment. Hardware use like Electricity, Sharp edges, etc… in addition to the software use like viruses, malwares, Trojans, etc….
