IT Operations, Systems Engineer

The project

Systematic IT (ITM) is responsible for delivering secure IT services for the business in an effective and cost-efficient manner. These services support our engineers working to deliver products and services to the customer and also our internal shared functions, such as Finance, Legal and People and Culture.

This team is an essential part in being able to deliver those services, keeping compliant, managing service lifecycle and providing support to maintain service availability.

The role

Is to be the key-player in building and leading a new IT operations team in Bucharest. The team will be 3 people in total focusing on the operation and maintenance of Systematics IT services:

• Event management.
• Working to, developing and improving standard operating procedures, including handover to operation from other teams
• 2nd line support

The role will require close collaboration with colleagues in Bucharest and Denmark.

Scope:

• Event Management leading to fewer incidents and faster response times.
• Faster resolve times for tickets escalated to level 2 from our well-run service desk
• Employee satisfaction and good retention for Systematic employees.

Your first tasks will be:

A. Take over event management and well as 2nd level support responsibilities

 B. Take over daily operations tasks

Qualifications

The candidate is expected to have formal IT qualifications and have several years practical experience.

Other:

• General IT infrastructure skills (Swiss Army knife)
• IT processes (ITIL)
