IT Project Manager - Enel X

Location: Bucharest

Job description:

- Manage cross functional / cross-countries programs and projects concerning the information systems
- Make sure the scope and objectives delivered by the programs & projects are according to Global business and DH requirements (including budget, time and agreed quality KPIs)
- Setting priorities, developing a work schedule, monitoring progress towards goals, and tracking details, data, information, activities
- Planning and managing software releases with Global development teams in collaboration with QA team to ensure the quality of the software

- Create and mange the Adoption project plans with Global teams
- Coordinate/Manage the relation with Business and with the System Integrator Local and Global
- Analyse technical requirements received for integrating IT systems
- Demand management according with Global platforms capabilities
- Coordinate/Manage the relation with other technical teams in Enel organisation (Local and global)
- Perform project management activities in which are involved different platforms or technologies
- Prepare and manage a reporting cycle for the Adoption projects/activities managed (Status and Economics)
- AMS coordination with Global Dev Teams ( Incidents, Changes requests)

Job requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle
- Knowledges about integration systems, CRM, SAP, Big Data - nice to have
- Knowledges about Salesforce, Zuora will be considered as a plus
- Proven ability to appreciate and understand technical environments
- IT systems architecture understanding
- Energy process VAS knowledge about energy is considered as a plus (Subscription economy, etc)
- Experience in preparing / checking of technical specifications
- Leading meetings and reviews with main stakeholders internal and external (Local and Global)
- Experience in using PM Tools (knowledge of Jira Suite is considered a plus)
- Prioritysation - The ability to do the right thing, at the right time.
- Experience in managing budgets - is considered a plus

- University degree (preferred IT area)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Experience in leading complex IT projects;
- Experience in projects as business anayst - it will be consideres as a plus
- Experience in IT system implementation;
