Job role
Project Manager part of the Work Place Services Department will provide support to the Allianz Technology and customer OE.
Responsibilities
- Track and support completion of pre-defined Quality Gates, including the review and prequalification of deliverables, documentation of meetings and workshops, and the initiation and tracking of project related workflows
- Provide and improve project planning, reporting and deliverable and template creation for the delivery (migration / rollout) projects.
- Tackle overarching topics like non-standard approaches, intermediate solutions and gap analysis / resolution
Requirements
- Business fluent English spoken & written, additional languages would be a plus
- Very good with Office Tools (. Powerpoint, Excel, Word), at least basic Sharepoint experience
- Experience with migration or transformation projects, management of change
- Good knowledge of project management terminology, techniques and deliverables, ideally basic PM certification (. CAPM, IPMA D level or PRINCE 2)
- Strong in communication, team player, very diligent
- Broad range and flexibility in alignment techniques (collaboration to negotiation)
- Good at identifying / setting priorities, able to work self-directed and flexible
- The following skills are not prerequisites for the role, but would be welcome:
- Experience with process introduction and/or design
- Experience with steering providers
- IT security experience
- Experience with working in distributed / virtual teams
- First experience with Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
