IT Recruiter

Dynamic IT Company specialized on different services for the banking sector and not only: Business Intelligence, AML, Cards, Lending Solutions, GDPR implementations. We are here to help our customers in expanding their view about their company

Your main role is to identify and recruit potential candidates for the projects that we manage along with our customers.

Activities:

- Identify potential candidates using classical recruiting channels;

- Innovative ideas for recruiting the best candidates are appreciated;

-Conduct interviews with the candidates;

-Create hiring packages along with the management for the different positions;

-Communicate with the customers’ responsible for identifying the best match in a project.


 Requirements:

- Experience in recruiting in the IT field for at least 5 years;

- Experience with the HR and Payroll processes according to the Romanian legislation;

- Experience with recruiting execution and management positions in the IT field is beneficial;

We also value:
• Responsible attitude, strong autonomy and ambition in achieving your mission;

• Good command of English, both written and spoken. French would be a good plus.
