The new colleague will fastly adapt to our work environment and will be able in a short time to take care of the following activities:

• Managing the full-cycle of the recruitment process for IT projects;

• Developing recruitment strategies in order to deliver the best results within the time-frames proposed by the clients;

• Defining job descriptions;

• Establishing the best sourcing channels;

• Sourcing and approaching suitable candidates;

• Sustaining the interviews and promoting the short-lists of candidates.
