The IT Recruiter will be conducting the full recruitment process for IT and support roles in the company – research, interviews, profiling, offering, on-boarding. This role will act also as HR Business Partner and will be responsible for PR & Marketing activities as job posting and company promotion. As member of the HR team will develop and organize employee retention programs, execute policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and offer support in administration of personal documents and data.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible with the process of recruiting new employees from start to end: gathering data for openings, job posting, research, interviews, offering, on-boarding;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for JD, evaluation instruments, follow up on candidates performance;
  • Actively search for new methods and channels of attracting candidates;
  • CV screening and selection of candidates in accordance with the requirements;
  • Active search on the recruitment websites and internal research in the database;
  • Job posting and company promotion on different IT & HR platforms, social media;
  • As HR Business Partner will develop strategies to increase pool of talents and grow retention;
  • Keep up to date the candidates’ database in compliance with current legislation;
  • Organizes and participates to job fairs to promote the company’s image and select candidates for open jobs and Internships;
  • Updates Company’s site for Career section, advises on site optimization;
  • Administer and execute survey evaluations, exit interviews etc.;
  • Is involved in organizing company’s events for employees;
  • Develops and maintains a close relation with students’ organizations, recruitment agencies, universities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferable related to psychology or technical field but not mandatory;
  • Flexible attitude, team player, willing to deliver to all parties (managers, employees);
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit for different levels of experience: entry - mid - senior;
  • Very good inter-personal and communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Reliable, precise, structured and discrete person with good coordination capabilities;
  • Ability to work towards targets and manage work pressure;
  • Goal orientation, drive and focus;
  • Experience in promoting diverse events in social media would be a plus;
  • Advanced written and verbal English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
