- High level of communication skills...you will talk, both on phone and f2f interviews...a lot!
- Very organized style of work, as you handle multiple candidates sourcing platforms
- Eagerness to learn on continuous basis...especially for the IT recruiting position...your candidates are learning continuously and so should you :-)
- Very flexible and objective oriented behavior in relation with people...you need to make them trust you and find your projects attractive
- Ambitious...very ambitious and positive attitudes regarding job tasks...results rarely come in first weeks or months
- Joyful and pleasant presence...bare in mind: you need to attract and recruit! low profile easy to forget voices and appearances will give you little help or not at all.
- Be curious about your job! Always!...it will help grow much faster!
Of course, since you read and comprehend this JD, advanced level of English language knowledge :-)
