IT Recruiter with English and Russian languages

Our client is an international IT group that is a leader in data management across multi-cloud environments. As part of its global expansion strategy, our client has entered the dynamic market in Bucharest and is looking for a professional who would become an IT Recruiter who will help them attract best talents to the organization and achieve the challenging hiring plans!

Responsibilities:

• Working with internal clients (mainly the Customer Support Engineers) to plan, develop, organize & implement their human resources needs;

• Managing the recruitment process from the source through to offer;

• Sourcing relevant candidates;

• Providing market analysis & reporting to the managers.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, analytical, organization and sales skills;

• Stress-resistant habits and attitude;

• Fluent in English, Russian and Romanian language is a must;

• Experience in IT recruitment, either in-house or in a recruitment agency;

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
