IT SAP SD/LE Business Analyst

 Job Description 
* Implementing the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules of the Global mySAP ERP system within Carmeuse, meaning: 
* Gather, define, & document business needs if the SD/LE modules to most efficiently meet these requirements; 
* Ensure Logistic Execution functionality for inter & intra company Stock Transfer Orders and Workflow for all modules; 
* Define user roles and develop detailed functional specifications for all customizations: forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, & enhancements. 
* Create and execute unit, string, and integration testing plans; 
* Record configuration settings and end user training document using approved documentation capture software; 
* Documenting business requirements and configuration settings; 
* Deliver end-user training; 
* Facilitating the change management process and end-user adoption of the SD/LE modules meaning: developing formal business cases, performing cost-benefit analysis and communicating features and benefits in non-technical terms; 
* Maintaining and supporting SAP SD/LE functionality being implemented. Analyze and correct problems as they occur in production; 
* Provide global helpdesk support for ongoing business needs;

Requirements 
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred; 
* Experience with 2 Full Life Cycle Implementations (less with multiple rollouts); 
* Experience with the full project life cycles of the SAP ERP system . scoping, planning, designing, building, testing, and go-live; 
* 3 years of SAP programming/configuration experience with the Sales and Distribution and Logistics Execution modules; 
* Versed in ASAP methodology; 
* Mid-level experience in the configuration and use of master data, sales order processing (quotes, sales orders, billing), shipment and shipment cost documents, routs, pricing, and stock transfer orders; 
* Good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, transport protocols, object dependencies and tables, and security authorization; 
* Business aptitude in the discipline(s) relevant to the Sales and Distribution and Logistics Execution modules 
* Fluent in English (written & spoken) 
* Open to travel%)
