IT Service Delivery Expert

OMV Petrom Global Solutions, Downstream IT & Digitalization is looking for an experienced and talented IT Service Delivery Expert to provide expertise, technical and business knowledge with respect to IT services which are covering the major business processes within our Petrobrazi refinery and Fuel Storage depots around Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova. Your main responsibility will be in the area of application management and technical support for the most important IT Systems that we are using in Refinery and Fuel Storages.

You will learn about refinery and logistics business processes, you will collaborate with other IT infrastructure teams like: servers operations, databases, network security etc. and you will deal with areas such as collaboration platforms, enterprise application integration, IT service management platforms and other applications intended for Corporate functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of IT working experience in application support after Master or;
• Minimum 5 years of IT working experience in application support after Bachelor & international exposure;
• Basic / intermediate project management skills;
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Knowledge of the lifecycle of the IT product;
• Very good understanding of windows / linux server operations and virtual environments;
• Very good understanding of SQL , PLSQL, Oracle principles;
• Proactively identifies and proposes opportunities to improve activity, processes, and regulations;
• Proven ability to adjust to complex new tasks & situations in an effective manner;
• Solid to advanced communication, negotiation and interaction skills, strong decision taker and promoter management decisions, good presentation skills.
