IT Shopfloor Engineer - Tires Business Area

Job Description:

• Provides support for the activities in shopfloor,
• IT knowhow,
• Tire production knowhow
• Checking of tires
• Manages incidents / problems in HPSM and escalate them to support levels 2 and 3 as appropriate;
• Support of IT applications / systems;
• Support users in IT related areas;
• Integrate, test existing and new IT equipment/applications;
• Make repairing works with 2nd and 3rd level support and/or with third party companies if it is necessary;
• Ensure support for IPC/PC backup and restoration of data;
• Troubleshoot and fast solving of issues according to priority level;
• Monitoring and preventing potential security risk according to company cybersecurity;
• Following and execution existing IT procedures, processes, instructions and best practices;
• User support and helpdesk;
• CALL-IN service (support during nights weekends and bank holidays)
• Install and handover of IT equipment/applications;
• Provide support for IT maintenance activities;

Job Requirements:

• University degree or relevant experience in the field minimum 2 years
• Relevant experience and knowledge of tire transport systems
• SQL knowledge
• Relevant experience in automotive industry
• Power BI development
• coding knowhow (database related)
• English advanced
