IT Software Specialist

Job description:

Manages the EPR and WMS platforms

Analyses the applications gaps and propose improvement solutions;

Collaborates and communicates closely with all stakeholders;

Provides support and training for users;

Document the application changes carried out;

Monitors the error logs of the applications as well as the import-export processes between applications and solve the problems that could occurred;

 What we are looking for:

Knowledge of management or Key user working experience with ERP or WMS software

Good understand of a company's business processes

Knowledge of Oracle and / or SQL databases;

Knowledge of reporting / BI applications (Tableau Software experience is a plus)

Advance experience level in the Microsoft Office package;

Knowledge or experience in using ITIL practices;

esire to learn and integrate knowledge;

Teamwork skills and easy adaptation to new situations

Ability to analyze, synthesize, plan and organize;
