What will you do

• Proactively search and recruit the right professionals with various IT&C profiles for our team
• Use different channels (websites, social networks, direct methods) to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify requirements for each position
• Review resumes to pre-screen candidates according to the requirements
• Send recruiting emails and follow-up with candidates for new job opportunities
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
• Log candidate information in our internal Applicant Tracking System
• Measure and report on recruiting KPIs
• Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks (scheduling the interviews, preparing job specifications, offer support in other relevant HR tasks)
• Depending on how fast you’ll understand the business and our culture, you’ll have the opportunity to become a full-cycle recruiter 

What you need to own

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• 1-3 years work experience in recruitment field as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role in IT
• Familiarity with social networks, resume databases and with talent search techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Creativity and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented attitude for understanding the client’s demands
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Good analytical skills and results-oriented thinking
• Team spirit with a proactive attitude
• Fluency in English
