We are looking for a new colleague to join our IT department for Bucharest office.

Responsibilities:

Help desk support;

      • Working with and fallowing support tickets;

      • Windows 10 installations and Windows 10 support;

      • Windows and MS Office troubleshooting L1;

      • Office 365 knowledge can be an advantage;

      • Technical skills – hardware equipment (PC, laptop, switch, router, mobile device, printers etc.), telecom, OS;

      • Full hardware set-up of an user (default package from IT department);

      • Network administration L1;

      • Requirements:

      • Knowledge English language, France can be an advantage;

      • Minimum three years of experience in IT support (software, hardware…);

      • Technical profile informatics university or high school;

      • Organized;

      • Serious;

      • Proactive;

      • Person oriented;

      • Available for trips to all Total Romania sites (Cristian, Ozun, Bucharest)

      • Other IT courses can be an advantage
