For one of our support projects we are recruiting senior IT Support Consultants to be part of our System Management Center Team.

Goal
- Monitoring & Ensuring the operation of various services including Exchange, Global Printing, Mobility Management, Email and Endpoint Security
- Responsibility for the initial troubleshooting of enterprise system outages.
- Working on incidents, coordination of incident solution in a 24x7 shift model
Main duties & responsibilities
- Alarm monitoring (Nagios, Splunk)
- System administration Unix, Windows, Database
- Enterprise Mobility Management (VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune)
- PowerShell scripting
- Troubleshooting on clients, . Windows or MAC with Outlook, Office 365
- Global printing support including driver installation and troubleshooting on Windows and MAC clients
- Operations of Anti-Spam-Solution (Message Tracking, Management of Rules)
- Operations of Email & Web Security Solution (Cisco IronPort, Fortimail)
- Operations of Endpoint Security Platform (enSilo)
- File-hosting service administration (Egnyte, OneDrive)
- Documentation
- Reporting (KPI)
Interfaces
- User Helpdesk (communication in English and mainly via e-Mails and tickets)
- 3rd Level support teams (Windows, Unix, Database, Backup)
