IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a professional with excellent Windows Server System Administration skills, with great problem-solving skills, but also good at organizing and multitasking. We are looking for someone who works well with people and can explain technical problems in simple terms, but also eager to continually update his knowledge and passionate about providing excellent customer service & support.

Job Description:

• Installation and support of specific business tools;
• Installation and maintenance of servers and cloud services;
• Responding to IT tickets in a dedicated ticketing system;
• Technical collaboration with external third-party IT contractors (Internet providers, hardware and software vendors);
• Assisting in the configuration of existing programs to meet the users requirements;
• Providing face-to-face (only Romania), telephone and online support to clients;
• Taking care of all IT / Office 365 / SharePoint related issues;

Tier 1/2 IT Support:

• Providing initial client contact;
• Establishing problem logs and tracking;
• Resolving installation inquiries;
• Ensuring a smooth roll-out for new product releases;
• Determining if an issue is documented;
• Offering product and technical expertise;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is a plus;
• PowerShell/Python automatization is a big plus;
• At least 1 years of experience in system administration;
• Excellent English language skills;
• Experience with Active Directory;
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system environment;
• Very good hardware knowledge in PC’s, Laptops, Printers and other devices;
• Familiar with UTP structured cabling and wireless networking devices;
• Excellent communication skills so you can easily interact with diverse clients and the ability to work in a team;
• Flexible thinking, the ability to understand and recognize the value of other points of view and ways of doing things;
